HERE) I made up the collar by studying the collar from one of L's church shirts. I made the night stick by cutting a dowl and screwing it in place and spray painting it. I also made the belt by using Ashley's tutorial
HERE and then adding a loop to the belt for the night stick. I found the badge in the party section in at Wal-mart. The letters and patches are felt. I just pinned them in place and sewed them on without using any adhesive like steam-a-seam, etc. The patch on the right arm is an American flag.
